The Land Bank is led by Arthur Bogen. Arthur has 20 years of experience as an environmental strategist working with the public and private sector to bring brownfields back to productive reuse. His competencies include client interface with attorneys, banks, community groups, and real estate developers and land owners. He has arranged more than $17 million in grant funding and worked on more than 150 brownfields.
